Saraswati Vidya Mandir Inter College, Chandpur was established in 1980 to achieve Vidya Bharati's goal—to create a patriotic, characterful, and all-round developed youth generation. For 45 years, we have remained committed to this goal.

Their core mission is to create a generation dedicated to nation-building, character development, and social service, particularly focusing on reaching rural, tribal, and underprivileged communities.

- Cultural & Value-Based Education: Nurture students with a strong foundation in Indian culture, ethos, and spiritual values, encouraging "Indianisation, nationalisation, and spiritualisation" of education.

- Nation Building & Patriotism: Cultivate a deep sense of patriotism, discipline, and responsibility toward the country to create, devoted, and capable future leaders.
